Description
1926 Knute Rockne and Walter Meanwell Multi Signed Coaching School Certificate. Superb artifact featuring signatures from Hall of Famers of different sports, this original certificate is from the "Rockne-Meanwell School for Coaches." Issued in 1926, it is signed by Notre Dame's legendary football head coach Knute Rockne and University of Wisconsin coach, who was often referred to as Doc, Walter Meanwell. Presented in a matted display measuring at 16x20", the 6.5x9" certificate exhibits staining on the right and left sides, and through each signature. A wonderful memento from the coaching classes that were held at Notre Dame University more than 85 years ago. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.Auction Info
