Description

1977 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Team Signed Football - National Championship Season! The celebrated head coach Dan Devine came to Notre Dame to replace their legendary top man Ara Parsighian in what would be the former's final coaching stint. Devine is best remembered in Irish eyes for the 1977 season during which he led his team and quarterback Joe Montana to a National Championship by way of a 38-10 Cotton Bowl win over the Texas Longhorns. Here we provide a Notre Dame souvenir football that has been signed by virtually each and every member of that championship squad, including Devine and Montana (faint outline drawn around signature), as well as standouts such as Ken McAfee, Ross Browner, and Luther Bradley. An exceptional memento with phenomenal historical significance. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
