Description

1969-72 O.J. Simpson Practice Worn Buffalo Bills Jersey - Style Matched (Rookie Era). Here we present a white Durene jersey that was worn in the late 1960's/early 1970's by Buffalo Bills running back great O.J. Simpson. Originally obtained from a woman who lived in Pocatalico, West Virginia, who was neighbors with Buffalo Bills fullback Jim Braxton, and teammates with The Juice, it exhibits heavy wear throughout with repairs and unrepaired holes throughout. A late 1960's/early 70's Champion size 46 tag remains in the tail, while the multi-season wear suggest rookie era use. In addition, heavily worn screened on No. 32 numerals are on the front and back. Letter of provenance from original owner. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
