1933 Goudey Red Lucas Rookie #137 PSA NM-MT 8 - None Higher! Red Lucas was both a great pitcher and a timely hitter. Over his 15-year career in the Major Leagues, in which he played for four different teams, Lucas registered 157 victories to go along with 602 strikeouts. In the batter's box, he recorded a lifetime average of .281 with 404 hits including 61 doubles. Offered is his 1933 Goudey rookie card, which shows him tossing the rawhide. This good-looking example of card #137 from the historic '33 Goudey series is found with deep, rich colors, minimal surface wear, four quality corners and a very clean reverse. Graded PSA NM-MT 8. Of the nearly 400 examples found in the PSA Pop Report, this is one of only 13 cards graded NEAR MINT-MINT with none rated higher.View Certification and Population Details from PSA
