1911 T205 Gold Border Clark Griffith PSA NM-MT 8 - Pop Four, None Higher! "The Old Fox," Clark Griffith, is one of the few who could have been considered a Hall of Famer as a player, manager, and an executive. He was one of the top pitchers of the turn of the last century, retiring with a 237-146 career record. Then, he managed the New York Highlanders, Cincinnati Reds, and Washington Senators, retiring with 1491 wins, which is still nineteenth best, all time. He was also the longtime owner of the Washington Senators and is remembered as one of the great founding figures of the American League. Offered is a fantastic card of Griffith from the 1911 T205 Gold Border set that has been graded an astounding PSA NM-MT 8. The only visible setback is ever-so-slight edge and corner blemishing and centering that is to the left. This card is as nice a T205 as one could imagine.
