Description
1962-63 Mickey Mantle JELL-O Advertising Display. Tremendously rare and desirable advertising piece was used to promote the popular snack "JELL-O" in the early 1960's. One of few examples that remains intact, it is highlighted by a crystal clear and definitive image of The Mick with bat-on-shoulder. The piece itself exhibits moderate wear throughout, with minor creasing, and measures at 27x33". We believe it is possible that the bottom half-inch or so of the sign has been trimmed as other known examples show more of the background player's socks, but this may also just be a shift in printing.
