1969 Topps Pirates Rookies (No Black Outline) #567 PSA NM-MT 8 -- Pop Three, One Higher! It's one of the scarcest variations in any Topps Baseball set and virtually nonexistent in elite condition. Go and check virtually any other example of this card and you'll find that the "1969 Rookie Stars" banner headline is outlined in black, but somehow this example missed that part of the printing process, accounting for the "No Black Outline" language that appears on the PSA slab. This is, in fact, the very first example that Heritage has ever presented to the collecting community, and one of only seventeen that exist in the entirety of the PSA population. We'll point out that thirty-six examples of the fabled 1909-11 T206 Honus Wagner card have been slabbed by the service, making it more than twice as common.
