Description
1888 N162 Goodwin Champions Harry Beecher/Football PSA EX 5. This is a very attractive example of the very first tobacco card produced honoring a football player. The athlete receiving the honor is Yale's Henry Beecher. The card shows little corner wear and some slight surface wear on the reverse to explain a grade for a card that presents nicer. No creases or wrinkles, lot of rich hues and a strong presence. Graded PSA EX 5, one of four graded EX with PSA, there are seven graded higher.View Certification and Population Details from PSA
