1887 N284 Buchner Gold Coin King Kelly (Right Field) SGC NM+ 7.5 - Pop One, One Higher. This auction doesn't have many N284s but the two cards offered are two of the greatest players of the 19th century. This scarce card pictures one of the 19th century's top National League sluggers and one of the most noteworthy Victorian era ballplayers and personalities. A posthumous Cooperstown inductee in 1945. In the N284 edition, Kelly is depicted in two different positions with the Boston Beaneaters, presented here is the "Right Field." Graded SGC NM+ 7.5. This is the second highest graded example of Kelly from only ten graded by SGC.Auction Info
