1994-96 Ivan Rodriguez Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. Iván "Pudge" Rodríguez was one of the greatest catchers in baseball history, known for his elite defense, strong arm, and all-around athleticism. Over a 21-year MLB career (1991-2011), primarily with the Texas Rangers, he was a 14-time All-Star, 13-time Gold Glove winner (a record for catchers), and the 1999 American League MVP. Rodríguez combined defensive mastery-throwing out runners with remarkable efficiency-with offensive production, finishing with a .296 career batting average, 2,844 hits, and 311 home runs. He also played key roles with the Florida Marlins in their 2003 World Series win and helped lead the Detroit Tigers to the 2006 AL pennant. Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2017, Rodríguez is celebrated as one of the most complete and durable catchers in baseball history.
