Description
2003 Ivan Rodriguez Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 8.5. Hall of Fame lumber was used by I-Rod during the 2003 campaign when he hit .297 with sixteen homers and eighty-five RBI and finished twenty-third in the league MVP tally.H&B model L162 measures thirty-four inches (34") in length and weighs 31.1 ounces. Uncracked and exhibits evidence of excellent game use, including ball marks and ball stitch impressions on the right/left/front barrel. The handle has been elaborately taped in an eight-inch spiral pattern and exhibits a light coat of pine tar residue. "7" appears on the knob in silver and 31.7 appears on the top barrel in gold.
Furthermore, the barrel is signed and inscribed "Ivan Rodriguez. HR 1 2003 Playoffs Oct 3" in 9/10 silver sharpie. Note: The bat was not used to hit the aforementioned post-season home run. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 8.5 (1B30511). Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
