Description

Circa 1950 George Pipgras Single Signed Baseball. He won thirty-four and lost only sixteen games during the World Championship era of 1927-28, proving that the Yankees dominance wasn't built upon slugging power alone. The star right-hander wore the pinstripes for nine seasons, earning three World Championship rings with a victory in each Fall Classic. This OAL (Harridge) ball (dates to 1948-50) contains a near perfect blue ballpoint sweet spot signature from the Yankee great. A layer of shellac was applied along the way. We have only offered two other Pipgras singles. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
