Description

Sandy Koufax Signed Dodgers Jersey. Sandy Koufax's legacy is that of one of the most dominant and revered pitchers in baseball history, despite a relatively short career. Known for his blazing fastball and devastating curve, he won three Cy Young Awards, an MVP, and pitched four no-hitters, including a perfect game. His peak in the early 1960s, capped by leading the Los Angeles Dodgers to multiple World Series titles, is remembered as one of the greatest stretches ever by a pitcher. Beyond statistics, Koufax is admired for his dignity, including his decision to retire at age 30 due to arm injuries and his principled choice to sit out Game 1 of the 1965 World Series in observance of Yom Kippur.

Offered is a size-L Dodgers jersey signed by the HOF southpaw. The black Sharpie signature displays well. Staining and adhesive remnants from previous display (including the jersey's front and back tail being stuck together)exhibited. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
