Description

1934 New York Giants Team Signed Baseball. The 1934 New York Giants were a powerhouse team that captured the National League pennant under manager Bill Terry. Led by ace pitcher Carl Hubbell, who won the MVP award that year, the Giants relied on dominant pitching, strong defense, and timely hitting to finish the regular season with a 93-60 record. Hubbell's remarkable screwball and legendary performance in the All-Star Game-where he struck out five future Hall of Famers in a row-symbolized the team's excellence. Though they ultimately fell to the St. Louis Cardinals' "Gashouse Gang" in a dramatic seven-game World Series, the 1934 Giants remain remembered for their grit, balance, and star power in one of baseball's most competitive eras.

Offered is a Spalding ONL-John Heydler baseball signed by twenty-plus members of the squad. Among them are Mel Ott, Carl Hubbell, Lefty O'Doul, Bill Terry, Freddie Fitzsimmons and more. Toning and wear exhibited. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
