1982 Wayne Gretzky Signed Sports Illustrated "Sportsman of the Year" Magazine, CGC 6.0. Presented 12/27/82 newsstand issue of Sports Illustrated pictures a youthful Gretzky on the cover as the "Sportsman of the Year." Exhibits off-white to white pages. Beautifully signed and inscribed "Wayne Gretzky 99" perfect 10/10 silver sharpie. Our consignor personally obtained the autograph at a Kings' meet-and-greet event in the early 1990's. Pop one, sixteen higher. This is the first signed and encapsulated Gretzky SI we have ever offered. Encapsulated by CGC, 6.0. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.Auction Info
