1967 Topps Wacky Packages Collection (39). The die-cut series was the first series of Wacky Packages released. They were released in the years 1967 and 1968. Originally they were punch outs, with glued backs to be licked and stuck. The jokes and roughs were done primarily by Art Spiegelman and the paintings (primarily) by Norm Saunders. Includes: #'s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (2), 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 23, 24, 25, 25, 26, 27, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 44.
