1910's Boxing Tickets Lot Of 4. Offered here is a fabulous group of early twentieth century full boxing tickets featuring several of the significant Champions and contenders of the time. First is the May 19, 1910 full unused ticket for the important middleweight match between Billy Papke and Joe Thomas in San Francisco won by Papke by sixteenth round knockout. The ticket is dated May 14th, but the fight was delayed five days. In excellent condition with no creases, clean front and back and only minor soiling. Second is the full ticket for Arthur Pelkey and Gunboat Smith for their fight of January 14, 1914, which was billed as a Heavyweight Championship (of white contenders). Smith won the fight. The ticket is in excellent condition with some minor glue stains on the reverse. It is dated days before the fight occurred (as it was delayed). Third is a full ticket for the December 27, 1912 fight between Gunboat Smith and Frank Moran in San Francisco won by Smith. The ticket is in excellent condition with no creasing and clean front and back. Last is a full ticket for the fight between Jimmy Clabby and Sailor Petroskey in San Francisco on October 3, 1913. It was billed as a Middleweight Title fight. Clabby won a twenty-round decision. This full ticket is in excellent condition with no creasing and some minor glue stains on the reverse.
