Description

1976 Montreal Canadiens Stanley Cup Championship Salesman's Sample Ring. Guy Lafleur scored the first two Stanley Cup Finals goals of his career this year, each a game-winner in the four-game sweep of the overmatched Philadelphia Flyers. While the future Hall of Famer's name appears on a selection of sample rings from that year, most bear the surname of beloved trainer and equipment manager Eddy Palchak, whose ten Stanley Cup Championships during thirty-one years of service is a record. He is enshrined in the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Ring features a faux diamond set into a blue stone on the face, encircled by raised text reporting, "1976 NHL Champion Club de Hockey Canadien." Left shank features Palchak's name and an enameled team logo, while right pictures Lord Stanley's fabled Cup. Interior band is stamped "Balfour 10K" and measures to a size twelve. NRMT condition in Balfour ring box.
