2008 Joe Mauer Game Used Bat. The toast of the town, Joe Mauer is the Twins' favorite son. Since the day he was drafted by his hometown organization, Mauer has been the team's signature star. Mauer used this very bat in 2008, as he copped his first batting title. The uncracked Rawlings/Adirondack bat exudes great use with moderate pine tar application, a healthy dose of hit marks, ball marks and bat rack marks. "32.5" (marker) and "Mauer" (ballpoint ink) are written on the handle which has "JM7 382 08" stamped. The 2008 campaign was a banner one as Mauer also was the starting catcher in the All-Star Game, won the Gold Glove and Silver Slugger awards as well.Auction Info
