2011 Derek Jeter Game Worn & Signed New York Yankees Jersey from Mariano Rivera's 601st Career Save--Steiner Sports, MLB Authentic & Photo Matched! The good folks at Steiner Sports wisely removed this jersey from action after the Captain's fellow "Core Four" and future Hall of Fame member Mariano Rivera pulled even with record-holder Trevor Hoffman at 601 career saves on September 17, 2011. The Sandman put three Blue Jays to bed in order to close out the bottom of the ninth and preserve a one-run Yankees lead at Rogers Centre. But the experts at Sports Investors Authentication actually matched the jersey to that game and its immediate predecessor, a one-run defeat at Toronto the previous evening. Jeter failed to reach base in the first contest and singled and scored in the Rivera save game.

The time-tested road format provides a two-tone tackle twill "New York" across the chest and the last single digit ever worn in competition by a Yankee on verso. Lower left front tail reveals "Majestic Authentic Collection [size] 48" tagging with "2011" year flap tag and a Yankees team inventory bar code sticker below. Game wear evident in light dirt staining and tag curling from laundering. Silver sharpie signature on verso has been officially graded a "9" by PSA/DNA. LOA from Steiner Sports (193142). MLB Authentic FJ806593. LOA from Sports Investors Authentication. Full grading LOA from PSA/DNA, Auto 9. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
