One of the most popular new concepts was the refractor or chromium card. Offered is this 1993-94 Topps Finest Hobby Wax Box. This box contains unopened 24 packs. Inside any one of these packs could be a Mint or Gem MT cards featuring Chris Webber, Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway, Michael Jordan, Shaquille O'Neal, Larry Bird, Hakeem Olajuwon plus others.
