1978 Topps Ed "Too Tall" Jones #429 PSA Gem Mint 10 - Pop Three! The 1978 Topps #429 Ed "Too Tall" Jones card features one of the most physically imposing and charismatic defensive players of his era. At 6-foot-9, Ed "Too Tall" Jones was a dominant force on the Dallas Cowboys' defensive line, known for his ability to disrupt passing lanes, bat down balls, and overpower offensive linemen. By 1978, Jones was well into a successful NFL career after being selected first overall in the 1974 NFL Draft, becoming the first player from a historically Black college (Tennessee State) to be taken with the top pick. This example has been rated PSA Gem Mint 10.
