Description

1925 University of Michigan Team Signed Banquet Program with Fielding Yost - The Team Which Outscored Its Opponents 227-3. The 1925 University of Michigan football team, coached by the legendary Fielding H. Yost in his final season, was one of the most dominant squads of its era. Finishing with a stellar 7-1 record, the Wolverines outscored opponents 227-3 in their first seven games. Led by future College Football Hall of Famer Benny Friedman at quarterback and Bennie Oosterbaan at end, the team showcased innovative passing and stifling defense. Their success laid the foundation for the program's continued excellence and solidified Yost's enduring legacy in Michigan football history.
