Description

1957 Sohio Gasoline Cleveland Indians Complete Set (18) - In Uncut Panels. During the summer of 1957 Sohio Gasoline sponsored a promotion showcasing the hometown Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds. Designed to be separated and glued into a special album, these 5"x 7" premiums are a challenge to find in today's market. The offered complete set of Indians players is anchored by a man who would one day own the most recognized asterisk in baseball history, Roger Maris. The panels present NM to NM/MT with one lesser due to slight soiling and water mark on the reverse of Hegan. A unique chance to acquire this scarce regionally distributed set in its original 3-card uncut panel form.
