Description
Circa 1973 Arnold Palmer Match Used Putter with Palmer Letter. Arnold Palmer, symbol of modern professional golf and hero of the golfing world, lists U.S. Amateur Champion, Masters Champion (four times), U.S. Open Champion, British Open Champion (twice), Ryder Cup (six times) among his ninety-two overall victories.This putter was gifted by Arnie to one of his friends for sending him tapes. A typed letter, dated May 2, 1973, states: "I also did not forget your request for a club of mine. Under separate cover, I am sending you a putter for your collection."
"Arnold Palmer Personal" is engraved into the putter. The offering shows good use and has no condition flaws. The grip is still in-place and is ready for the links. Letter of provenance from Arnold Palmer.
