Description
1950's Baseball Hall of Famers Signed Index Cards Lot of 5 with Baker, Traynor. Autograph collecting in its purest form, ink on paper. Each appears on an unlined 3x5" index card except for Al Simmons, who takes the lined side. Our favorite is the offering from Home Run Baker, who signs "J. Franklin Baker, Yankees-Athletics, 1908-1922." Harold "Pie" Traynor, Ed Walsh (who adds "White Sox" notation) and Wahoo Sam Crawford round out the cast of characters. All appear in 9+/10 ink, and the cards themselves exhibit no noteworthy flaws. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.Auction Info
