1972 Topps Al Kaline #600 PSA Gem Mint 10. Offered is a 1972 Topps card that features Detroit Tigers slugger Al Kaline as he was nearing the end of his 22-year career in the Major Leagues. A lifetime .297 hitter, Kaline belted 399 home runs and drove in 1,582 runs. Playing in the outfield for the majority of his career, Kaline was a 10-time Gold Glove Award winner who was a first-ballot Hall of Famer in 1980. This example of card #600 from the colorful '72 Topps set captures "Mr. Tiger" leaning on his bat during batting practice.
