1933-2017 Major League Baseball All-Star Game Programs Complete Run of 123. Certainly the lot title will inspire instant confusion, so we'll start by addressing the abnormally large population of programs contained within this special offering. Beginning in the year 2001, a tradition was begun of printing All-Star Game programs with an array of different covers. Each variation appears within this fully comprehensive offering. And, of course, from 1959 through 1962, Major League Baseball briefly toyed with hosting two All-Star Games annually, further amplifying the census of publications ready to tempt all fans of the sport's most heralded exhibition.The voluminous lot is the perfect complement to the full run of All-Star tickets likewise on offer within this Platinum Night event, each assembly the result of hours of labor expended by our consignor, who considered quality as well as completion as he went about his duties.
The condition, rather predictably, improves with each subsequent decade, the 1930's ranging from Poor to VG, the 1940's from Fair to EX-MT, the 1950's and 1960's from VG-EX to NRMT, the 1970's from EX-MT to NRMT, and the 1980's through 2017 all NRMT or better.
