Description

2001-05 Ken Griffey Jr. Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 8.5. Ken Griffey Jr. possessed baseball's smoothest swing and also had one of the most infectious smiles witnessed on the diamond. Never embroiled in the steroid controversy, Griffey first made his mark with the Seattle Mariners before going home to Cincinnati where he added to his Hall of Fame credentials.

This Louisville Slugger model C271 bat (33.75" and 31.8 ounces) features Griffey's customary zig zag tape application on the handle and has excellent use. Several ball and stitch marks and the impression of a batting donut help this uncracked lumber achieve its grade of GU 8.5. "30" is written on the knob in silver paint pen. The end is cupped. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 8.5.
