Description

1961 Fleer Oscar Robertson Rookie #36 PSA EX-MT 6. Hall of Famer Oscar Robertson was a talented point guard who defined the elusive triple-double before it really became "a thing." During the 1961-62 NBA season, Robertson averaged 30.8 points, 12.5 rebounds and 11.4 assists per game. Incredibly, despite those impressive stats, he finished third in league MVP voting behind Boston's Bill Russell and Philadelphia's Wilt Chamberlain, respectively. Offered is Robertson's sought-after 1961 Fleer rookie card, which shows the "Big O" appearing to have thrown a behind-the-back pass to a teammate. This example of card #36 from the '61 Fleer set is found with rich colors, decent centering, four solid corners and a clean reverse. Graded PSA EX-MT 6.
