1964 Venezuela Topps Phillies Rookie Stars (Allen, Herrnstein) #243 PSA Good+ 2.5. Offered is a 1964 Venezuela Topps card saluting a pair of up-and-coming rookies in the Philadelphia Phillies organization: third baseman Richie ("Dick") Allen and outfielder John Herrnstein. Allen, who was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2025, was the '64 NL Rookie of the Year who went to earn seven-time All-Star nods and was named NL MVP in 1972.
