1910 E93 Standard Caramel Christy Mathewson PSA EX 5. Mathewson was one of the most dominant pitchers of his era as well as an American hero off the field. Tall, blond, and blue-eyed, with a reputation for clean living and good sportsmanship, Matty was often held up as a splendid example for the nation's youth. He retired with 372 wins (fourth all-time), 78 shutouts (third), and a 2.13 ERA (fifth). A near perfect colorized image, mild corner tip wear and clean surfaces combine for a PSA EX 5 assessment.
