1959 Fleer Ted Williams Complete Set (80) - All Cards PSA NM-MT 8. The 1959 Fleer set was a bit of a trailblazer. It was one of the first sets to focus on a single player, but what a great player it was. The life of Ted Williams, who was entering the twilight of his playing days, was the sole subject of this eighty-card issue. Highlights include # 2 "Ted's Idol- Babe Ruth", #70 "Ted Williams & Jim Thorpe", and the short-printed #68, "Ted Signs for 1959," which was pulled early in production. All cards from the offered set have been graded PSA NM-MT 8. A classic, vintage set that will teach you more about Ted Williams than you ever thought you would know.
