c. 1800s Baseball Player Tintype. Early baseball tintype, measuring approximately 4" x 5", features a baseball player posing in a photographic studio dressed in a uniform with two bats, baseball, and catcher's mask. The image is encased in a beautiful custom box frame with engraved exterior, inner embossed cushion, and a glass-covered bronze-colored metallic mat.
