Description

1959 Topps Brooks Robinson #439 PSA NM-MT 8. Brooks Robinson took the 1970 World Series and made it his personal showcase, completing plays at the hot corner that did not seem humanly possible. After he almost singlehandedly won the 1970 World Series for the Orioles, Reds manager Sparky Anderson quipped: "I'm beginning to see Brooks in my sleep. If I dropped this paper plate, he'd pick it up on one hop and throw me out at first." Beautiful colors, ultra-bright clean borders, four quality corners and perfect registration are all readily apparent with this card. Graded PSA NM-MT 8. The SMR value is $115.00.
