1963 Fleer Sandy Koufax #42 PSA NM-MT 8. Graded 84 by PSA NM-MT 8. In 1963, Sandy Koufax was the most dominant pitching force in the National League, and he wound up winning both Cy Young and MVP honors. Early that summer, Fleer hit a marketing bulls-eye by selecting Koufax for inclusion in the first series of its 1963 baseball production.
