1974 "Rumble in the Jungle" Post-Fight Publication from Zaire. This is the first example we've ever encountered of this intriguing publication, issued in the wake of the famous Ali vs. Foreman bout in Kinshasa, Zaire. This "Masano Magazine," subtitled (translation) "The International Sports Periodical Review of Zaire" presents a round by round coverage in both photographs and French language text of this legendary fight, printed in the same town that served as its venue. Only a tiny handful of these magazines could have made it back to the States, with this one coming courtesy of Boxing Hall of Famer Archie Moore, who inscribes the magazine to a friend on page twenty-nine. Even more scarce within the hobby than the official on-site programs, this African publication remains in stellar condition, with fifty-two pages dedicated to Ali's greatest victory.
