1922 American Caramel Co. E121 "Babe" Ruth Photo Montage SGC VG 40. Note the quotation marks around the word "Babe" in our listing title, as it is relevant to the value of the piece. This particularly rare candy card was printed in versions both with and without the punctuation in question, and we offer the scarcer and more desirable variation here. The SGC population charts make no distinction between the four variations of Ruth cards from this issue in their records, but it's still worth noting that only a single example of any style has ever topped this offering. Rounding of corners is the only culprit here in regard to condition, leaving the surfaces (and hence the eye appeal) that of a much stronger card.More information about Babe Ruth Sports Player.
