1980's Red Ruffing Signed Boston Red Sox Jersey. From a large collection of rare 1970's and 1980's signed replica jerseys comes this circa 1985 Red Ruffing Boston Red Sox example. Ruffing enjoyed a Hall of Fame career with the Red Sox and Yankees, finishing with 273 wins, winning 20+ four times. Jersey is an Eastport model (no size given) with no jersey number.
