Description

1981 Canada Cup Ring Presented to Steve Shutt. With players like a very young Gretzky, Mike Bossy, Bryan Trottier and Guy Lafleur joining Shutt on the ice for this international tournament, Canada fielded perhaps the greatest Cup team of all time in 1981. Offered here is Steve Shutt's 18 karat gold ring that he was presented for participation in the historic Canada Cup. One of few pieces from the memorable tournament ever offered, this "[size] 10" stunner presents the "half leaf" logo at center, with "COUPE CANADA CUP" and four diamonds around the perimeter. A "19" is on one shank and "81" on the other, signifying the year, while light wear is exhibited throughout. Exceedingly rare piece of jewelry from the notable left winger. Letter of provenance from Steve Shutt.
