On October 29, 2004, LeBron led a third-quarter comeback victory over the Atlanta Hawks in a neutral site (Pittsburgh) preseason contest that saw the young legend on the rise score sixteen points. James would next wear the sneakers in the third regular season game of the season, a 102-88 defeat at Milwaukee on November 6th in which LeBron scored thirty-one. Three days later, he'd lead the Cavs to their first victory of the season at Atlanta scoring twenty-five points with ten boards on November 9th. The experts at Sports Investors Authentication also deemed an "apparent match" to the October 14, 2004 preseason loss at Memphis in which James contributed twenty-five points for the Cavs.
It will be immediately apparent to viewers that the left shoe here shows extensive damage, the exterior skin and lacing grommets removed and the interior liner sliced with some sort of blade. We do not know the reason for this surgery. Each tongue retains its original labeling, indicating a proper size sixteen (16).
