Description

2009 Derek Jeter Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. The Captain guided his team to the fifth and final World Championship of his career during the season he wielded this signature model Hillerich & Bradsby P72, a red-hot campaign that saw Jeter batting .334 with eighteen home runs, sixty-six RBI's and 107 runs scored. The barrel of the subject bat reveals ball marks, stitch impressions, ink transfers and grain checking, while the uncracked barrel holds a moderate coating of Mota stick. The stamped date of manufacture (03/26/2009) joins length (34) and weight (32oz) on the knob. Barrel holds special 125th Hillerich & Bradsby anniversary stamping, a single-year format reminiscent of the popular 1976 Bicentennial stamping. A special relic from the first season in the new Stadium. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.
