Description

2002-03 Dany Heatley All-Star Game Worn Jersey. Posting the first four goals for the Eastern Conference in one of the most exciting and closely contested NHL All-Star Games ever, the Atlanta Thrashers left winger assured himself the contest's MVP Award for his superior performance. Presented is the very sweater he wore in the match on the Florida Panthers' home ice, exhibiting light but evident wear from one of the greatest displays of shooting ever witnessed at this annual exhibition game. A black and silver NHL logo patch dominates the chest of the jersey, with the patch of the All-Star Game at upper right. Number "15" appears at lower left tail in an interesting and effective design choice. Left and right sleeve patches feature the Canadian flag and Thrashers team logo respectively. "Heatley 15" is affixed in black and grey tackle twill on verso. Size "58" flap tag is affixed at interior collar, and MeiGray's "NHL Game-Worn Jersey, 2002-2003 Season" label is sewn to lower interior hemline. Fight strap remains affixed at lower rear interior tail. A 10/10 black sharpie signature on verso completes the package. A rare and tremendously desirable gamer from a history-making performance by one of the League's top names. MeiGray #A07788. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication (autograph).
