1980-82 Gary Carter Game Used Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9. The Kid's gamer dates from his athletic prime, 1980-83, when he earned three All-Star berths, three Gold Gloves and finished in the top ten in MVP balloting two times.Louisville Slugger Model number "P89" measures 35.325 inches in length and weighs 34 ounces. The bat exhibits evidence of outstanding use, including a cracked handle, ball marks, ball stitch impressions, blue bat rack streaks and pine tar residue. Carter's number "8" appears on the knob in black marker. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.
