Description
Circa 1957 Walt Disney Signed Disneyland Mailer & Brochure. Vintage 1950's Disney mailer (4x9.5") features "Disneyland Inc. Anaheim, California" in gold and blue with Sleeping Beauty Castle graphics. Oversized, ornate inscription and autograph reads "To Perry - With Best Wishes Walt Disney" in 9/10 vintage black ballpoint. The envelope has a slight center bend which is barely visible but the spectacular inscription and autograph more than makes up for this minor distraction.Accompanied by 1957 Disneyland brochure packed with tons of great color images. Both items would look spectacular framed.
This lot was consigned by Terry Schofield, the Bruins top guard off the bench on three consecutive UCLA National Championship teams from 1969-71. He met Walt Disney on a family trip to Disneyland and obtained the autograph personally. Letter of provenance from Terry Schofield. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
