The only batsman to gain entrance into the exclusive 3,000-hit club via a triple, Paul Molitor's twenty-one-season big league career was packed with numerous accolades and achievements. He was a seven-time Summer Classic invite, a Fall Classic MVP, World Series champion, and selected as the designated hitter on the Major League Baseball All-Time Team.

Molitor was a key component of two World Series teams. He hit .306 and scored a league leading 136 runs for the 1982 Brewers and hit .332 with 121 runs and 111 RBI for the 1993 Blue Jays. A clutch performer to the core, he hit .357 in two ALCS and .418 in two World Series.
