Description

1911 T205 Sweet Caporal Jake Stahl PSA NM-MT 8 - The Highest Graded Example! Jake Stahl played for 9-years as a player and manager with his brightest moment being the manager of the Boston Red Sox in 1912, taking the team to World Championship glory. Stahl was the Home run champ of 1910 with 10 home runs before the title went to Frank Baker for the next three seasons. If you were unaware that card is over 100-years old you would never come to that conclusion by looking at it. The vibrant inks and rich gold border seemingly don't look any different now than they did in 1911. The card barely shows any sign of being handled and we only the slightest wear at the outer corner tips. His finely detailed and stoic portrait is a thin line away from being perfectly centered. Graded PSA NM-MT 8, this is the one and only example to rate a NM-MT from PSA and there are none graded any higher! The SGC census shows none equal in quality.
