1910-11 T3 Turkey Red Christy Mathewson #27 SGC 30 Good 2. The size and beauty of the T3 Turkey Red series of cabinet cards makes them by far the finest vintage set ever produced. A common response to opening the envelope which housed the treasured 5-11/16" x 8" portrait of their favorite baseball player or boxer was to tack them to a wall for proud display. The offered example of baseball legend Christy Mathewson has a single tack hole but no stains and modest corner wear. The reverse shows the standard "Checklist to #1-76 Mail-In Offer" format.
