Circa 1990's Walter Payton Helms Athletic Foundation Hall of Fame Plaque. Founded in 1936 by Paul Helms and Bill Schroeder, the Helms Athletic Foundation was a Los Angeles based organization that highlighted the most elite sports figures of its time. Offered here is a Helms Hall of Fame plaque that was once on display to feature legendary running back Walter Payton.
