Description
1958-59 Dom Zanni Game Worn San Francisco Giants Cleats with MacGregor Paperwork. The hard-throwing righthander pitched a no-hitter in the minor leagues in 1954 and the last out of the game was Earl Weaver. He spent seven seasons in the Bigs, with the Giants, ChiSox and Reds. Two pairs of Zanni's game worn cleats are offered here. Display MacGregor tagging, original laces and custom padding. Both pairs are size 7.5 EE and reveal "Zanni" in black laundry marker. Exhibit heavy wear and there is some degradation/crumbling on the interior composite material. Comes with original MacGregor correspondence (official letterhead and mailers) regarding Zanni's cleats and gloves. LOA from Heritage Auctions.Auction Info
